It basted a cast of over 100 with an age range of 8 plus.

Godspell brought the Bosco Drama Group its first recognition in the broader world of Musical Theatre. The Drama Group first presented Godspell in 1998 and reprised the Show in 2002 for the Waterford Festival of Light Opera where it won the Adjudicators Special Award, The Best Show From Northern Ireland and Best Amateur Producer for Jim McGuigan.Anthony Fitzpatrick played the part of Jesus in both Productions and Damien Lavery played Judas. Jessica Jollie (Baltimore USA) played the part of Mary Magdalene in 1998 with Moya Maginn playing the part for Waterford. Lowry Hodgett played John the Baptist and other soloists included Fergal White, Roisin Fearon, Dearbhla Mulholland and Mark McGuigan.

The loveable story of the orphan boy Oliveris a timeless classic which warms the heart of every generation. A firm favourite with everyone, it enjoyed a week long run in the Town Hall.
Such was the level of talent, there were two Olivers who took to the stage on alternative nights.
